Riddle trial unfavorable; judge may be tough on elected official
Paul Egan and Darren A. nichols / The Detroit News

|
Mar 11, 2010 - 12:32 AM - by YMC
|
<div>In an effort to consolidate and centralize staff, the City of Taylor Water and Sewer Department is moving its entire operations from City Hall to the Department of Public Works, 25605 Northline Road at Beech Daly.
Part of the Water and Sewer staff – field operations, for example – was already located at the DPW prior to the move, so moving administration, billing and the rest of the department under one roof will benefit city operations, according to Water Department Director Craig Lyon.
Personnel began moving today and all staff should be relocated to the DPW by March 15.

|
Mar 11, 2010 - 12:32 AM - by YMC
|
<div>At Christmas I bought myself a Christmas present like I always do.
This year it was a DVD of the first season of Gomer Pyle.
Great show and the first season was by far the best season.
I watched the entire season over a weekend. The gradkids were over and they like it as well. They were crying when they had to leave our house because they wanted to keep watching Gomer Pyle.
I have not opened the DVD since that weekend. Today I decided I was going to watch the first episode again.
I opened the box and discovered the first DVD was missing. In its place was... [Read More]

<div>I just received a letter in the mail from the census stating I would be receiving the 2010 census form in about a week. How much did it cost to send the same letter to every address in the country? They even bought a commercial on the super bowl. What a waste of our money!
