As we all know after these past years of economic downturn in this state that many communities are at the brink of receivership
Much of this is due in large part to the fact that the state has drastically decreased the revenue sharing to communities
Personally I work for a city a hear about this frequently
Our budget is being held in limbo because we just don't know what the state s going to dole out
Is it going to get any better?
Or is this just the beginning?
