This disturbed me when I first heard it. Then I find out it is not true.
I first heard about this a couple of months ago and believed it. Only recently did I find out the facts.
A few days ago I heard that Barack Obama did not say the Pledge of Allegiance.
Well, that is nothing but a LIE.
The "patriot police" tried to say that Obama would not put his hand over his heart and say the pledge of allegiance during an event in September that had some of the Democrat catidates.
They had a picture of everyone with their hand over their heart, except for Obama.
ONE PROBLEM. This was not during the Pledge of Allegiance. I saw the video. It was during the National Anthem. Obama was standing like you are supposed to.
And if you are not in uniform, there is no protocol saying you have to have your hand over your heart.
PLUS: the picture they used had all the candidates standing in front of a large American flag. None of them were facing this flag. I assume they were facing a flag that was out of camera view, but none were facing the flag hanging right next to them.
I came across a website that not only shows what really happened in September, but also has video of Obama placing his hand over his heart and saying the Pledge of Allegiance.
I am not an Obama supporter. But I do not like it when people come up with lies. I think this whole thing is from the Hilary camp.
