Feb. 6, 2008 - Over the last two years, the Library of Michigan has administered more than $2,108,961 million in "Public Access Computer Hardware Upgrade Grant" (PAC HUG) program dollars to hundreds of public libraries statewide as part of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's Global Libraries program.
