Just curious about a few things
The big "what if " on a couple of planned ideas
The first being the new complex next to the new Walgreens on Southfield just East of Dix
Are there other businesses that have expressed interest before or since this was built?
Or is this just another area that's going to remain empty other than the one business that's set up shop?
Also, has anyone wondered or thought of a plan of what's going to be done if Walmart doesn't come into the Sears shopping area for one reason or another?
Do our leaders have a plan if this were to happen?
Again, just thinking out loud
Just some things that I believe to be worthy of serious consideration just in case
