Governor Granholm Says Great Start Grants totaling $780,000 Will Focus on Early Childhood Development and Care

In her weekly radio address, Governor Granholm said that 11 Great Start grants being awarded by the Early Childhood Investment Corporation (ECIC) to communities across the state will help assure that every child in Michigan arrives at kindergarten healthy, safe, and ready to succeed.
