2008 is just around the corner.
Something has bothered me for quite sometime now.
It is how people pronouce the years since 2000.
For 2007 they say "Two Thousand Seven" rather than "Twenty Oh Seven".
for 1907 we do not say One Thousand, Nine Hundred, Seven. We say Nineteen Oh Seven.
So why Two Thousand Seven for 2007?
In 2031 will you be saying Two Thousand Thirty One rather than Twenty Thirty One?
Let's start the year out right.
Tomorrow night at midnight we will welcome Twenty Oh Eight, not Two Thousand Eight.
