The missing kids web site doesn't have Frankie listed as being missing. However, his sister is still listed as missing. This was a family abduction, so, I don't know if someone forgot to take his sister Calie off the missing list, or if Frankie was inadvertantly taken off the missing list.
I'll keep try to update as soon as possible.
