The talking book program at the Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped is part of a nation-wide library service providing audio books to people with visual or physical disabilities. Best of all, the program is entirely free.This service is available at no charge to all Michigan residents with a visual or physical disability that makes standard print inaccessible.
